This 2500 sq ft space is reimagined as a modern industrial loft inspired office and designed with some of the classic elements like red brick, concrete and blacks albeit with a fresh modern lived in feel that’s signature to weespaces.The brutalist structure with large structural beams and columns is layered with the warmth of wood, deep rich blues and corals and lots of greenery.

The office has a clever layout which is not just functional but also creatively tucks in the asymmetry we had into the cabins leaving the larger open communal office space feeling clean and sharp, the real design focus comes in how there are visual pockets that create a lived in warm feel much like a home. From a tone on tone window seat inspired nook for informal meetings to a deep blue and concrete hued conference room that invokes a moody vibe or the directors cabin drenched in warm wood and a bold red, the office is punctuated with interesting and defining moments throughout.
